Board ChairDr. Ellen Tsai MD, MHSc(Bioethics), FRCPC, CEC is a Certified Executive Coach and Master Certified Physician Development Coach. She also has significant experience with medical education, bioethics, writing and public-speaking. As a coach, she is known for an empathic, honest and personal approach that helps her clients achieve professional satisfaction and fulfillment. Most recently, she was the Physician Program Lead for the Member Support Program at the CMPA where she supported physicians with a variety of challenges related to medico-legal events, including conflict management and physician burnout. |

He uses his extensive experience of leadership and problem-solving to build deep understanding with clients, notably those in transition between roles or careers. His differentiating interest is disagreement and conflict, viewed creatively, as a source of learning, and as a nascent superpower. Martin is a UK-trained physician and Fellow of the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and has been in Canada since 2009. He has worked with those in executive, senior and mid-level roles in medium and large organizations, with business owners, and in the non-profit sector. |
