Healthcare is a complex and stressful environment and I believe that from time to time we all need a helping hand for us to have a fresh perspective and see a way forward. I have been involved in healthcare for over 25 years as a clinician but also extensive involvement in the medicolegal space assisting physicians in regulatory or organisational difficulty or conflict in Canada and internationally. I have coached Physicians, CEOs, leaders, emerging leaders and healthcare professionals. I have also coached teams and believe in leveraging the power of the intradisciplinary team.
