My coaching practice is focused on physician success. Coaching is for you, as part of your comprehensive self care, personal and professional development plan. A truly fulfilling life as a physician has many stages and phases. When facing a new opportunity or challenge, having a trusted confidential coach and thought partner can catalyze effective decision making. When physicians are feeling worn down, undervalued, and generally used up, even one effective coaching session can lift them into a frame of mind where more choices and possibilities emerge. A coach listens deeply for those clues and connections to your values and beliefs and can reflect how your thoughts and actions are impacting your goals and achievements. My background in clinical practice, medical leadership and hospital matters makes me the ideal coach for physicians who are facing decisions about where to direct their professional and personal energy at any stage of their career.
