Bio
I am a Certified Executive Coach and Master Certified Physician Development Coach. My academic practice included pediatric critical care, medical education and bioethics. After leaving clinical practice, I worked at the CMPA as an bilingual educator and coach for 13 years. As a result, I have extensive knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system including private clinics, community hospitals, academic centres and corporate environments.
My mission as a coach is "Helping ordinary people find joy and fulfillment by unlocking their extraordinary potential." My coaching style may particularly appeal to introverted thinkers, although I also enjoy working with extroverts. Together, we create space for self-reflection and challenging assumptions, which helps my clients to consider new possibilities. I am known for my incisive yet empathic and personal approach, which has helped many physicians achieve professional satisfaction and fulfillment.
