Bio
Having trained as a psychiatrist, I have treated primarily physicians in my clinical practice since 1990. In 2000, I expanded my work to include physician leadership development, to help more physicians take on leadership roles and better address the system level issues impacting physician wellbeing. Committed to gender equity in leadership, supporting women in medicine to develop as leaders is an area of special interest for me. I am now privileged to coach physician leaders to success. I believe in continuous learning and personal improvement, in continually striving to become a better version of ourselves. Coaching is a transformative process that can facilitate such growth and learning in both our personal and professional lives. “Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” – Tim Galloway
