HOW LEADERS CAN INFLUENCE CORPORATE CULTURE
Peter Drucker said “Culture eats strategy for breakfast,” yet many organizations still focus more on strategy than culture. Maybe it’s because numbers can be black and white but the way people feel about their workplace can be more tricky to measure and change. This webinar is for leaders who want to learn how they can have a positive impact on their corporate culture. We will:
  • Learn about the importance of corporate culture and the impact it can have on your bottom line
  • Explore specific ways leaders can positively influence their culture and create a thriving team that employees want to be a part of
  • Share ideas about culture post-pandemic
